DEPOSIT

A deposit is necessary to guarantee reservations. This can be in the form of credit card number, and cash or check payment. Group conditions are negotiated separately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It is the policy of The Great House that cancellations must be made 96 hours prior to arrival for individual bookings. Should reservations be canceled within these 96 hours, The Great House reserves the right to charge a penalty fee of one night room and tax, at the room rate the reservation was made.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If a reservation has been made with a credit card number as a guarantee, there will be a no-show penalty of one night room and tax, at the room rate the reservation was made.
