The Great House provides tour opportunities both on the mainland of Belize to interior waterways, cave systems and Maya Ruins and offshore to the Belize Barrier Reef, the outer atolls and the cayes. We also have activities which can take you from mainland sites to offshore destinations in one day.

ALTUN HA / OLD BELIZE RIVER
Enjoy a boat ride from Belize City to several miles inland. You may see several varieties of birds and troops of Howler Monkeys. Then board a tour bus to Altun Ha Maya for "Rock Stone Water".
WATER WONDERLAND / BELIZE ZOO
Travel down Haulover Creek to Gales Point Manatee, a short hike through the rainforest takes you to a remote cave. A tour bus takes you to Belize's historic wildlife habitat known as the Belize Zoo.
LAMANAI / THE NEW RIVER
After an hour's drive from Belize City you board a river boat. An hour and a half on the river you arrive at Lamanai where huge masks depicting dead rulers and gods seem to materialize out of the rainforest.
MOUNTAIN PINE RIDGE FOREST RESERVE
This reserve is teaming with hills and valleys, rivers and falls, swimming holes and caves, all surrounded by the majestic beauty of the pine forest.

XUNANTUNICH / THE BELIZE ZOO
El Castillo is the largest temple at the site and is possible to climb. From that vantage point one gains the panoramic view of the Cayo district and nearby Guatemala. Then head for the wildlife habitat known as the Belize Zoo.
MACAL RIVER / CAHAL PECH PANTI MEDICINAL TRAIL
After a scenic drive through farms and villages, take a trip up the river to the Panti Maya Medicinal Trail where you see plants and herbs still used by Belizeans for medicinal purposes. Then visit the small archaeological site.
CAVE TUBING
Take an unforgettable journey beneath the earth's surface floating down an underground river in an inner tube.
HISTORIC BELIZE CITY
Explore Historic Belize City, the commercial and cultural center of the country.
CROOKED TREE WILDLIFE SANCTUARY
For bird lovers Crooked Tree is where the prolific birdlife resides.
CANOEING / OLD BELIZE RIVER
Sliding your canoe down the river bank at our Grace Bank facility your unannounced presence in this lush wonderland will ensure a display of birdlife, water and mammals and colorful fauna.
COMMUNITY BABOON SANCTUARY
This sanctuary exhibits the spirit of coexistence that Belizean has with nature. This village has committed to preserving the habitat of Howler Monkeys.
ALTUN HA
A major ceremonial center in the classic period. Here they found the largest jade object in the whole Maya area.
